I project management and co-ordinate the development of new products for StarHub Cable Tv Digital Platform. My main role was to liaise with external vendors and project managed throughout product implementation till launch. As part of the job requirement, I need to conduct UAT with internal clients to ensure the successful launch of the product. Once the deliverables products are ready, I will prepare testing and maintenance documentation and procedures as well as train the internal operations department to monitor the system after deployment.

I worked in Singtel prior to my university education. During the 1 year in Singtel as a programmer, I worked with internal clients to customize the Siebel Sales Enterprise application through work project assignments. I help to generate and customised Actuate and crystal reports as well as the development and integration of VB applications with these systems.
